Lost your charger cable? We all know how frustrating it is. We have replacement Cords for Pure Romance toys, it's important that you do not use incompatible chargers. Be sure to check your toy box or bag to find out what charger is compatible with your toy.

Directions:
Plug the cord into any 5V USB-to-wall adapter, then plug into the wall and connect to toy to charge. For specific instructions on where to plug the cord into the product, charging times, and more details please see your toys packaging.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for shipping. It is my goal to have products to you within a weeks time from your order, up to 10 pending shipping delays but appreciate having a little extra time just in case I don't have a specific in stock. Any backordered products will be shipped as soon as they are available.
Returns & Refunds:
Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final. In the event that you would like to return an unopened item, you have 30 days from the purchase date to do so in exchange for store credit, we do not use refunds.
Love it, but experience an issue? We offer a one year warranty on any manufacturing defects, you may request a replacement if available or store credit for the purchase price.
